Sodium Aluminium Silicate

MGBC manufactured in three different grades for Paints, Textile Printing Ink, Thermal Paper and Food Products. Mansil ZX is a very fine Synthetic Sodium Aluminium Silicate powder manufactured by GMGBC for use as TiO2 extender for Water Based Emulsion Paints, Synthetic Paints & Coatings as well as Textile Printing Ink and Thermal Paper applications. Water Based Emulsion Paints/Synthetic Paints/Coatings as well as Textile Printing Ink and Thermal Paper applications. Partial replacement of TiO2 by Mansil ZX in Paints gives improved Opacity/Hiding Powder and Whiteness, improves UV Protection/weathering resistance/scrub resistance, gives better storage and viscosity stability and provides cost effectiveness to the end product. Mansil ZX(LPH) is available for the above applications in Neutral pH range. Mansil ZX(F) is a Food Grade version of Sodium Aluminium Silicate, which complies with US-FDA and WHO requirements. The plant is accredited with Food Safety Certification ISO 22000-2005 and licensed by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. The product is also Kosher and Halal certified.
