GMGBC Precipitated Silica grades for Food and Feed applications are widely used due to their high purity, superior absorption and anti- caking property in Edible Salt and Powdered Food Products. These grades provide excellent free flow properties to the end product, and help in safe preservation and processing of foods. GMGBC Precipitated Silica grade for Feed applications is used as Carrier for converting Liquid to Powder formulations, e.g. Choline Chloride, Vitamin E concentrate etc. due to its high absorption characteristics.

Dental Grade

Precipitated Silica grades manufactured by GMGBC for Toothpaste applications are white odourless powders which are available as Thickening grade and Abrasive / Cleaning grade for Gel as well as Opaque toothpaste formulations. These grades can be customised to suit country specific customer requirements. GMGBC grades for Toothpaste applications are tested for High Purity, Stability and Microbiological Requirements in a dedicated Lab, and provide high level of compatibility and dispersion with active ingredients and transparency to Gel Formulations.

Tyre / Rubber Grade GMGBC grades of Precipitated Silica for Tyre/ Rubber are premium quality reinforcing fillers suitable for Natural as well as Synthetic Rubber based compounds. These grades are available in Spray Dried Powder form as well as Granular Form. Granular Form is used to avoid excessive Fly Loss in specific cases, provided the required dispersion can be achieved using an efficient mixer, as in case of Internal Ban bury Mixers used in Tyre and other Industries.Precipitated Silica for Tyre/Rubber applications yields outstanding physical properties like high tensile strength, abrasion resistance, tear resistance, flex fatigue properties to Rubber Compounds as well as improved traction and cooler running to Tyres. It also provides superior bonding with Textiles /Steel Cords in Coating compounds for Tyres/Conveyor Belts/Hoses etc.Standard grades available for Rubber Applications are Mansil 130/160/175/190 in Powder and Granular Forms, and Mansil 030/055/065 for specific customized applications.
